Effective 11 October 2026. This policy covers Picta for Google Drive, Picta Frame, Picta for Led-Cloud and the Picta website. These products are provided by MR8BIT LTD.

The Picta website

The marketing pages do not ask you to sign in or upload photos. Fonts and page imagery are hosted with the site. There are no advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider receives the network information needed to serve requests, and server logging may record request metadata.

Picta for Google Drive and Picta Frame

Google handles sign-in and consent. Picta requests access to the Google Drive files and folders that you create or open with Picta so it can organize albums, transfer photos and play them on your frame. The controller and frame communicate directly with Google: MR8BIT LTD servers do not receive Google access or refresh tokens, Drive metadata, album configuration or photos.

Authorization is kept in platform-protected storage on the device. Picta may cache album information, thumbnails, photos and playback settings locally so the editor and frame can work reliably, including during temporary network interruptions. Album files and photos remain in your Google Drive until you remove them. You can sign out in Picta, remove local app data, delete Picta files in Drive or revoke Picta access in your Google Account.

Picta's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Picta for Led-Cloud

The Led-Cloud edition uses the Led-Cloud account you provide to access supported albums and send photos to connected frames. On Android, account requests and photo uploads go directly from the app to Led-Cloud. The app keeps the local connection and pending-work information needed to resume your work. Photos you send are stored by the Led-Cloud service according to its own terms and privacy practices.

Google Play purchases and Pro access

In versions that offer Pro through Google Play, Google handles checkout, payment information and the purchase associated with your Google account. Picta does not receive your card details. The Android app queries and acknowledges completed purchases directly through Google Play's native billing service, including test purchases and complimentary purchases redeemed through Google Play. No Picta billing server is involved.

Picta keeps a local Pro access cache in platform-protected app storage for up to 24 hours of temporary offline use after a successful purchase check. Successful purchase queries refresh access; pending payments do not unlock Pro, and a successful query showing no completed purchase removes access. Refunds or revocations cannot be detected immediately while offline. Clearing app data removes the local cache; Restore purchases checks the store account again without buying again. This does not delete Google's purchase history or provider-hosted photos.

Earlier Android builds used a Cloudflare purchase-verification service that transiently processed a purchase token, random installation identifier and one-use request identifier. It did not maintain a receipt database or persist purchase tokens in application logs. Updated backend-free builds no longer send billing data to that service. Google retains its own purchase records under its terms.

Providers and your choices

Cloudflare supplies hosting and network protection for our website. Google provides Play billing and the Google Drive services you choose to connect. Led-Cloud provides its own account and photo storage service. These providers may process information in other countries under their applicable privacy terms. See Cloudflare's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy and the terms of your connected photo service.

Picta is independent and is not affiliated with Led-Cloud or Huidu. MR8BIT LTD does not sell your information and does not use these apps for advertising or cross-app tracking. You can use the Trial without buying Pro. Purchase verification is needed to unlock or restore Google Play Pro access. Review the policy of any connected service before uploading personal photos.

Children

Picta is a general photo-frame utility and is not directed to children.
